Management share transactions
In compliance with legal regulations regarding the prohibition of insider trading, the Management Board of InPost S.A. has adopted the Insider Trading Policy (the “ITP”) outlining the rules applying to trading in InPost securities by Managers and Insiders. The ITP applies to all employees across InPost Group, regardless of their geographical location. The ITP has been introduced in order to ensure the appropriate treatment of Inside Information and avoid insider trading and any form of market manipulation. Any breach of the regulations set out in the ITP may lead to criminal or civil prosecution, as well as disciplinary action against individuals involved in any prohibited activities with regards to InPost securities.
