intention to redeem in full its outstanding €490 million 2.250% senior notes due 2027.

InPost S.A. announces the successful pricing of an offering of €850 million in aggregate principal amount of euro-denominated 4.000% senior notes due 2031 at par. The Offering size was increased from the previously announced offering size of €750 million in aggregate principal amount.
