The Board of Directors of InPost SA (the “Companyˮ) hereby informs that on June 18th, 2026, InPost sp. z o.o. ("InPost") and Allegro sp. z o.o. ("Allegro", together “the Partiesˮ), entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent (the "Letter").
The Letter reflects the Partiesʼ shared intention to establish a new framework agreement (the "New Agreement") over the coming months that will govern their cooperation relating to out-of-home delivery services.
