Since the beginning of November, customers of the clothing platform Zalando can receive and return their purchases using the most environmentally friendly form of delivery - Paczkomat® parcel drop-off/collection machines. Poland is the first country where Zalando customers can use the service provided by InPost. The contract was signed for a period of three years.

InPost, a leader in logistics services in Europe, is expanding its portfolio of international companies that enable its customers to use its services, including the most environmentally friendly form of delivery, the Paczkomat® InPost network of parcel drop-off/collection machines. Zalando has joined its ranks of partners. It is a European shopping platform where customers from 25 countries can find products from more than 6,000 fashion brands.

InPost will gradually roll out its services during the term of the contract with Zalando. In the first stage, InPost courier services are being introduced into the logistics process of the sales platform, as well as the possibility for customers to use the network of Paczkomat® machines.
