InPost Group, the leading e-commerce logistics enabler in Europe, reports another year of strong performance on all key metrics and profitability enhancement​.

It is with great pleasure that I would like to share the impressive results of the InPost Group in 2023. We ended last year with record levels of revenue, profit, and volumes served in all the key markets where we operate.
And most importantly, we met the strategic goals we set!
✅ Our revenues in 2023 increased by 25% compared to the previous year, reaching an impressive PLN 8.86 billion.
✅ EBIT increased by 59% to reach PLN 1.5 billion, and adjusted EBITDA reached a record high of PLN 2.73 billion after a 39% increase.
✅ In addition, we are proud to announce that we handled 20% more shipments, reaching an impressive 892 million pieces.
The Group, while maintaining its position as the undisputed leader of the parcel lockers network in Poland, also ranks top in terms of the size of the APM network in the UK. We also recently became number 1 regarding the number of parcel lockers in France.
Despite the challenging situation in the e-commerce market, we grew faster than the market in each of the key countries. The InPost Group has more than 66,000 out-of-home points of sale, including 35,449 Parcel Lockers, making it the leading network in Europe.
In 2024, we aim to strengthen our leadership position further, focusing on increasing the density of InPost's Parcel Locker network in Poland and continuing to grow in France and the UK.
